NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A $200 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your photography session.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will, however, offer a credit note with no expiry date or allow you to transfer your photo session to someone else or to another type of session of the same value.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
We understand that things change in life, and we will endeavour to be flexible with the scheduling of your photo session.
Up to 48 hours (2 Days) before your appointment:
If you contact us by email or telephone 48 hours (2 Days) before your appointed photo session time we will work with you to reschedule your session. Please contact us at Melissalarson@bigpond.com or on T: 0438 221 978.
Within 48 hours (2 Days) before your appointment:
If you contact us by email or telephone within 48 hours (2 Days) before your appointed photo session time we will need to charge you an administration fee of $200.00 to rebook your appointment. Please contact us at Melissalarson@bigpond.com or on T: 0438 221 978.
Missed Appointment:
I will always confirm your appointment the day before and give you the option to reschedule. If after confirmation you do not show up at the appointed time you will lose your deposit and pay to rebook.
VOUCHERS
Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. There are no refunds on vouchers purchased via the website. We will, however, offer an in store credit or allow you to transfer your photo session to someone else or to another type of session of the same value within the one-year time frame.
