There's no better way to celebrate your baby's first birthday than letting them loose on a cake. My cake smash sessions in Leeming are bright, messy and full of giggles, and I take care of everything so you can just enjoy watching.
Sessions
- Cake smash session – a one-hour session including a smash cake designed for your theme, outfits and props, with 12 retouched images, $550
- Milestone session – a 30–45 minute session for babies 3 to 13 months, capturing rolling, sitting, crawling or first steps, with 10 retouched images, $550
When to book
Cake smash sessions work best just before your baby turns one, usually before they're walking. The photos are perfect for party invitations or for family who can't make the celebration. Read my guide to what to expect at a cake smash.
How it works
We'll chat beforehand to plan your colours, theme and props. I design and supply the cake, and you can borrow outfits from my baby wardrobe. Your proof gallery arrives the same day. A $200 deposit secures your date.
Common questions
Do I need to bring the cake? No, the cake is included.
What if my baby doesn't want to touch the cake? It happens! We give them time, and the curious, unsure moments make lovely photos too.
Where is the studio? In Leeming, near Bull Creek, Willetton and Murdoch.
